What if an item is out of stock?

Garment Care

Washing: Always follow the manufacturer’s garment care guidelines as labelled before washing. It is advisable to wash knitwear inside out.

Tumble drying: Always follow the manufacturer’s garment care guidelines as many garments are best left to dry naturally. Never tumble dry a pleated garment as this can reverse the heat treated pleating process – always hang up on a suitable hanger to air dry. Never tumble dry an acrylic garment as it will stretch.

Fabric conditioner: We advise not to use fabric conditioner as many garments are specially coated for easy care and fabric conditioner interferes with this process.

Iron-on labels: Only affix to garments you can iron and remember to put a layer e.g. a handkerchief, between the clothing and the iron to avoid scorch marks.

How can I click and collect?

This service will be available from the store, 15 Park Street, Monaghan. To choose this service, select 'Click and Collect' as your delivery method when placing your order online.

What is your delivery time?

Our aim is to process and dispatch all in stock orders within 2 working days. Your order should be delivered in 1- 2 days after dispatch. All delivery times are approximate based on Monaghan and surrounding area addresses and items being in stock.

How to return my items?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, we are here to help.

In store purchases and online purchases can be fully refunded or exchanged in store within 14days from the date of purchase for products of saleable quality returned in the original saleable condition, in their original packaging, with labels attached and with the relevant store receipt.

Additionally, Online purchases can be posted back. Customers that wish to return an online purchase for a refund should post the item(s) back to us within 14 days of purchase. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage for customer's own records. The products must be returned in the original saleable condition, in their original packaging, with labels attached.

Refunds will take 5 - 7 business days to process.
